Part Time Marathoner is a Youtube channel featuring a variety of content centered around endurance sports. The content creator has created commentary on multiple marathons that he has participated in, ultramarathons, backcountry skiing, and mountaineering. He balances his many hobbies with full-time work and family life.
The creator of Part Time Marathoner loves snow, mountains, and being active. For this project, I focused on bringing in the colors and branding needed for a noticeable look as well as personalizing the logo to fit the needs of the channel.
The creator of Part Time Marathoner loves snow, mountains, and being active. For this project, I focused on bringing in the colors and branding needed for a noticeable look as well as personalizing the logo to fit the needs of the channel.
The mountains featured in this logo come from the creator's favorite mountain range in Montana. The silhouette was able to capture the many ridges that he often is running up and down. The various patterns, motifs, and alternate logos were created to give a sense of an ongoing trail or loop.
The colors chosen for this project deliberately needed to catch the eye, create a lot of contrast and be used primarily on the screen.
